What our guests say
We’ve had a wonderful time. Room was excellent, spotlessly clean. Owners were fantastic, helped with every question/query we had. Would definitely recommend! Breakfast delicious!
Thank you very much! You’ve made our stay really enjoyable in these difficult times.

Fantastic B&B, friendly owners and a beautiful view!
Clyde View is easy to find and overlooks Holy Loch. It’s well situated, not far from the ferry terminal and is on the A815 to head further northwest. Helen and Nigel are lovely and made me feel welcome despite the challenging times. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean (as a previous 5* housekeeper it’s to that standard) and the bed was comfy. I really liked the little touches of a chocolate and hand sanitiser. The breakfast table set up was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. Really brightened my morning. Overall I will definitely stay at the Clyde View again.

Breakfast excellent, just about the best vegetarian breakfast in any hotel or b&b, cooked to perfection, 10 out of 10. I’m a real critic with food, and they got it just right, believe me. Location great, sea view out the window marvellous! Helen and Nigel, really the best hosts. Great people, great stay, great food. And utterly clean and spotless. Carried out social distancing, hand hygiene and mask wearing precautions reassuringly.

A ‘gem’ of a B&B. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Brilliant hosts in Nigel and Helen – nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is excellent with a wide range of items. We cannot wait to return!
Big bonus is that it is also dog friendly.

I had a two-night break at Clyde View B&B and have to say everything was perfect.
There is a very peaceful ambiance, with views from the dining room overlooking Holy Loch.
Breakfast is plentiful including cereals, juice, toast with marmalade and jam, yogurts and a delicious cooked breakfast if desired.
Nigel and Helen, the hosts, are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
I had a lovely double room with a view of the rear garden and an en suite with corner shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and I didn’t want to get out of it.
There was a plentiful supply of tea/coffee.
Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back.
